Dr. Barnes' adjustments, joint supplements, and laser therapy have all helped me heal from 40 years of running (and 70,000 miles!) and my profession in the construction business. My knees took a beating in my younger years. Recently, my right knee was hurting a lot. The knee was painful day and night. I tried applying moist heat and other things, but with little success or relief. I started avoiding walking and using the stairs because the pain in my knee worsened. During a high school basketball game, my son, Seth, went up for a rebound and landed on a teammates foot. Right when it happened, I immediately thought he broke his ankle, but luckily it was only a severe sprain. After a while, we noticed his ankle was swollen and was giving him a lot of pain. When we went in the office to see Dr. Barnes, we went back to take a few X-rays to make sure nothing was broken. Once we took the X-rays, Dr. Barnes told us that he cracked a bone in his foot. He then told us that if we wanted Seth to get back into sports as soon as possible, we needed to come in and do the Class 4 Laser Therapy twice per week. Two months later, my son could play basketball again without any pain and without his ankle wrapped!
