  • Stretch: You may not have the space you need, but this doesn’t mean you can’t stretch when driving. You can do neck stretches and shoulder rolls to prevent your body from stiffening up.
  • Take breaks: When traveling for long distances, take breaks between the drive. During these breaks, stretch and walk around to ensure stiff joints can start receiving blood circulation as they should.

Helpful tips to practice when flying include:

  • Travel light: Only carry what you need. Carrying less means you have less luggage to haul around, decreasing strains on your body.
